Using a chunk of clay or coils of clay, we will manipulate the clay until a personal form appears. Working from memory and the imagination, the surface of this form will develop by adding clay, subtracting clay and carving into the clay. The goal is to allow the spirit of the artist to connect with the form by using symbols and metaphors. Surface decoration will be applied on the wet clay before the bisque firing.

Due to limited class size, payments for the workshop are non refundable but can be transferred through the waitlist.
Remaining balance (due 3 months prior to workshop) $850.00 plus tax $56.36, total $906.36

Georgia O’Keefe Tour
You have the option to add the Georgia O'Keefe Tour for $65 to be paid when you register.
Additional Firing Fee
The first firing is included in the workshop fee. If a second firing is needed the cost will be around $25 depending on size of the piece.
